"The staff were lovely and the room was clean except for tissues behind the bed at the bottom of the headboard, when I dropped my laptop. Other than that the hotel was lovely and the spa and breakfast was the highlight of my stay. aI do wish I got a proper tour around the hotel I was just directed where to go to my room but thats about it. the complinentart Cornish tea bags were great and I love the ship decor type of theme. Overall , I had a great stay wish they had daiquiris on the menu at the bar, never the less the hotel bar and breakfast was lovely."

Matthew went above and beyond to make our stay amazing he was genuinely kind and had exceptional customer service. Other staff who deserve a mention is Sarah and Anita.
