"Nice hotel in convenient location. Only problem was the fact I received an email 24 hours before arrival saying it may be noisy as the had karaoke on Saturday nights. I asked for a quiet room but on arrival was told this would cost £100. "

"Die Dame an der Rezeption war äußerst unfreundlich und genervt, als wir eincheckten. Das geht gar nicht, dass jemand die Augen verdreht, wenn man eine Frage zum Hotel/Wlan oder Frühstück stellt. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett einschließlich Kopfkissen war eine Katastrophe. Die Matratze total durchgelegen mit riesiger Delle, die Kissen steinhart. Beim Frühstück gab es an beiden Tagen Probleme mit dem Catering, keine Früchte, kein Käse/Wurst usw....

"There is no fan or air conditioning in the room. Thus, NO AIR circulation. Bring your own fan. The window opened but there was no screen and we were looking at garbage bins and dumpsters. Thus, we kept the window closed to avoid any bugs/flies from entering as well as any odours. There was rarely anyone at the front desk as they guys also had to look after the breakfast area and who knows what else. there is no counter space in the bathroom for any toiletries. The plug for the hairdryer was only...

"Very basic accommodation, travel lodge in the 90. All fine / clean."

"This is a hidden gem. Yes, it is a shared bathroom, and as an American that was strange to me, but it was a private one and well maintained, with toiletries provided. My bedroom had a sink which was also useful. It's <10 minutes walking to the train station which is also nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating when I needed to leave my luggage with them after checkout"

"This was the best place we have ever stayed. One of the owners of this converted bank building greeted us personally and made us feel very welcome. The room and property were top notch. The location is amazing. There is so much to see here. Literally in direct sight of the Linlithgow Palace and church. An absolute dream of a place to stay. We cannot wait to come back! We are including some great pictures of the Linen Bank Residence building from the outside, as well as one with the view...

"First the pluses for the price point it’s a good value near the airport, parking readily available very convenient to a gas station and not too far away from Dave’s kitchen where you can get amazing bites to eat on the go. And one of the most important things, the sheets are clean, unstained and blanket nice and cozy. Now the bathroom needs refurbishment. The carpet are stained. Everything else is a little bit worn for where I’ve seen better years."

"The rooms smells like hospital. Dirty common washroom and showers with high speed water. Please don’t book rooms if you are on vacation it will ruin your vacation."

"Have biked for a day, nothing better than a cup of tea and a hot shower. There was no kettle until one was produced after an hour and the shower remained cold during all our stay! We also looked forward to a nice evening meal but owing to a large golfing party present it apparently was impossible to find a table for 2 and the nearest hotel / restaurant was closed due to a function. This necessitated a long walk to find an evening meal!"
