"The room was perfectly maintained, and the area is nice and quiet. It's also very convenient because there's a mini-mall right next door with a coffee shop, pharmacy, and convenience store. Parking wasn't a concern at all either, as they have plenty of spaces available. And on top of that, the customer support team was excellent—always quick to reply and very helpful."

Rooms are clean, we took the 3-person room and it was about average size for that room capacity in Iceland. Check-in is painless, they message you your key-code beforehand through Expedia and email. Breakfast is included and is all-you-can-eat, free coffee in the evenings and soup and takeaway boxes available for purchase. "Great location!! It’s about 5minute walk from the main shopping area (Laugavegur). There’s no staff on site for check in but a clear detailed instruction was provided. It was easy, The common areas such as the lobby and kitchen were minimalist and modern design. No airconditioning as it’s common in Europe.
