The front desk couldn’t help us except to offer to switch our room which wasn’t an option cause we had sleeping children. The other thing was that their card maker wasn’t working so the front desk person had to let us into the room and then we had no key card. "

The second room we were shown by staff smelled of dog from the neighboring room so the staff immediately decided to take us to a third room.
