"Paid for a bedroom with two beds. Because no cleaning service was available to clean rooms they only had one queen bed available."

"We stayed in an interior view room, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. However, the old A/C was super noisy and disrupted everyone’s sleep. We asked for staff to look into it but whatever they did (if anything) did not help. Also, the breakfast was bare minimum quality - fresh waffles were good but the rest - bacon, sausage, boiled eggs, cereal left a lot to be desired on quality. There was fresh fruit and yogurt that was good. There are a lot of places to eat close by so not the end of the world but definitely didn’t meet expectations."

"Honestly, $45 for public parking is absurd. The resort is total chaos and the quality is pretty low. Rooms just feel and empty and there are hardly any lights on premises making walking around at night seem pretty unsafe. All in all, I’d pick another hotel that is not marketed as a resort for the purposes of squeezing fees out of people. I don’t intend on ever returning."

"Clean room, very cute decor all over. U can go to both hotels and use the amenities. Like the movies and playground inside the castle hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet included, it was ok. Lots of variety. My kids loved it. Walking distance to entrance was a huge plus."
