The rooms are simple, but clean, airy with a lot of space. Mini fridge, aircon, abundant hot water, with attractive public areas in good state of repair. The included breakfast had scrambled eggs, with cut fruit, pastries, juice, coffee, tea. I was quite surprised at seeing a hotel this size in a nondescript town such as Carszinho.

Estadia muito boa porém o valor muito alto para o padrão. Para quem viaja a trabalho o custo benefício não vale a pena nesse hotel.

Hotel bem estruturado. Tudo novo, mas o caffè da manhã achei fraco, poderia ser melhor. O maior pecado do quarto é não ter ducha higiênica no banheiro. Acho isso imprescindível. Me hospedaria novamente.

Quarto com espaço muito bom, limpeza impecável, os funcionários bem atenciosos e solicitos, café da manhã muito bom! Duas sugestões de melhoria seria em relação ao colchão, o qual era um pouco duro e dava para sentir as molas no corpo. E a segunda seria liberar mais canais na TV (só haviam 3 disponíveis) ou colocar uma smart TV pra poder acessar os streamings de filmes/series.

Hotel bom!

De modo geral a estadia foi boa, levando em conta que pernoitamos para descansar e seguir viagem. O hotel é limpo e agradável. Fomos bem atendidos pelo recepcionista da noite que se mostrou bem prestativo. Sobre o quarto, gostamos muito da janela possuir cortina blackout, pois precisávamos descansar de verdade. Gostaria de salientar que a saboneteira do box/chuveiro estava solta e caiu no meu pé. Tirando isto, não gostamos do atendimento no Café da Manhã. As atendentes não se mostraram muito prestativas nem cordiais. O ponto mais alto da estadia foi o jantar no restaurante. A comida estava muito boa e o atendimento da Miriam foi incrível. Muito educada e agradável. A energia dela é incrível.

Razoável, não retornaria.

No período em que me hospedei, estava muito frio, o ar condicionado é muito antigo e não aquecia. O chuveiro a gás não esquentou a água suficiente em uma das noites. Colchao antigo é muito desconfortável ( juntarão dois colchões de solteiro para formar um de casal). Café da manhã estava ok, mas, em alguns dias faltou café, e ovos mexidos, comuniquei a cozinheira que prontamente atendeu. Limpeza estava ok. O atendimento foi bom.
