À l’arrivée, j’ai apprécié le bonjour d’une personne à l’entrée, mais dès l’enregistrement, j’ai constaté l’absence de v éritable réception et de professionnalisme. L’expérience a vite confirmé un grand décalage entre vos photos et la réalité. La chambre présentait de l’humidité sur les murs, une odeur désagréable, des draps sales dont un rangé souillé dans le placard, et même des cafards morts au sol....
