"we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff attention was superb, most of the workers were very friendly. there was something that we really liked and it was the wifi service, i was able to work at the pool and the wifi worked perfect. I never had a problem with the sevice."

"Perfect for a night after a long flight without breaking the bank"

"I went on a sport trip to Windtown and had 2 nights of impossibly loud music next to me. I understand the hotel cannot control de music, but would have expected to tell me this at the time of booking. I went to relax and could not sleep until 3AM for 2 nights. When i asked the staff for alternatives, they did not provide any option. The hotel is in paradise but my experience was pretty bad due to these concerts. The hotel should be more transparent at the time of booking."

"Sim — isso deixa o review ainda mais relevante, porque mostra que você conhece o padrão de hotelaria de Fortaleza e não está comparando com uma expectativa aleatória. Eu colocaria logo no começo: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE — NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I am originally from Fortaleza, so I know the city and its hospitality standards very well. Although I live abroad, I return to Fortaleza about twice a year and regularly stay in hotels when I visit. I also travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels...

"The room was clean, the staff was okay, the gave towels for the beach. Breakfast was good. The pool was tinier than expexted and we did not get a chance to see the gym. It was closed"
