"The staff was very friendly and the front desk was always staffed 24/7. The pool area was so relaxing and the piped in music was great! My husband and I enjoyed eating al fresco at the restaurant, by the pool. The maid service was very good/prompt and they had a special swan towel arrangement in our room (with paper rose petals surrounding it) awaiting us when we arrived .
