"Hotel is a bit dated, breakfast was below average with very limited healthy options, but biggest issue was the noise. Lots of contractors staying here started leveling from 04:30 and then it was constant banging of doors till 07:00"

"We stayed in room 7. The AC is plugged into a converter which gets so hot, it trips. So the AC turns off, the the converter turns back on so the AC turns back on and makes a beep. That goes on every 10 mins or so u til the converter completely overheats and shuts everything down for an undetermined amount of time. After leaving the AC on all day while we were gone, we came back to a room that was hotter than the outside temperature and it smelled so bad. At this point it was too late to do...

"I always stay here when I visit Atlantic Beach. Being pet friendly is a huge plus the dogs love the place too. The proximity to the beach is phenomenal. The quiet at night is also very relaxing and it is only minutes to various restaurants. Will plan many more visits in the future."

"This hotel is really a motel. The photos and description did not begin to compare to the actual property. There were stains on both bedspreads, the bathroom tub/shower toilet were badly stained. The room was so disgusting we checked out 15 minutes after checking in, and decided to find other accommodations, which was difficult. The exterior room entrances were not safe. Do not stay at this property unless you're desperate."

"The room was very spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the water. The front desk representative was friendly at check-in. The only complaint was the breakfast brought to the room. You place an order the night before and it's brought to your room. The food was not good. You had to pay for parking as well."

"Beds and pillows are terrible. Bed mattresses need to be replaced. Sitting chair looks like it’s has been used for sex . Lots of stains it was gross. Refrigerator made terrible noise had to unplug it and not use it. Reported it and nothing was done , still in the same position I had left it in . Got poor sleep. "It was a fine hotel. But it didn’t measure up to the glowing reviews I read beforehand. It was newer, so that was nice. I want impressed with the TV in the room. Pretty basic, and no streaming services. Also, maybe it’s my tech ability, but the thermostat was a bit challenging to operate simply. Also, if you stay there, make sure you get a room NOT on the first floor. We had to, as we booked it close to our visit, and we wanted a king bed. The breakfast was good, better than other chain. "Apn arrival and un packing found the refrigerator was not working. Made the call and Andrew was there in 10 minutes and assessed the problem (coil was covered in ice) so he had replaced the fridge in less that 15 minute"

"The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable."
