"The property itself is pretty nice, much bigger than I expected, and overall, it was clean. However, my experience with the staff not what I expected. I would say 2 to 3 out of every 10 staff members were genuinely pleasant, warm, and welcoming. Whenever I came across those individuals, I truly appreciated their kindness and helpfulness.
Unfortunately, the majority were very dry and lacked warmth or personality. There was no smile, no hello, and sometimes not even a response when I extended a...

"What a gem of a hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are amazing and so friendly, they remember every guest and really made our stay special. Rosa, Gavin and Eloise really went above and beyond and they are an asset to the hotel. The food was also lovely, the menu changes every couple of days but we did not have a single bad meal. The goat curry was really good! We loved that it was all inclusive but we were served every meal and it was al carte.

"The staff was amazing and very accommodating, especially Derek and Michael. The customer service from the staff at Ti Bananne was top notch and the food also very good. Sorry. I only remember the name Sam. I would definitely return and highly recommend for a quiet getaway.
Only thing to be prepared for is that we found it difficult to shower without getting the bathroom floor wet. It seems like a design flaw. The bench and shower head should have been switched.

"It is on the beach. Some of the staff was helpful, others weren’t.Bathroom had black mold around it.Cleaning service was extremely poor.I left a water glass on the night table the night I arrived and it was still there when I checked out 4 days later. I went to restaurant and apparently they were delayed in opening and staff was just walking past without asking if I need any assistance.Nice hotel overall but staff needs more training overall."

"A Completely Unacceptable Experience — Serious Security Concerns and Disrespectful Staff
I rarely write reviews this strongly, but our experience at Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa was unacceptable and absolutely not what anyone should expect from a luxury resort associated with Hyatt.
During our stay, our room was broken into. That is serious enough on its own. What turned an already disturbing situation into an awful experience was the resort’s response.
We reported the incident on Friday....
