"We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . "This was a really disappointing day. We found the rooms were not very clean very dusty dirty corridors the whole hotel is dated. The problem is the cleanliness. When we had breakfast, the plates were not clean. The whole pool area was dirty. The toilet et cetera were not very nice. Wi-Fi was okay. Breakfast wasn’t great. The milk had gone off in the large container and I told them it had gone off and it took about 20 minutes for them to replace. For a four star hotel, it wasn’t a nice...

"Rooms were dirty, mouldy walls, moudly curtains, previous guests make up and marks all over the headboard, a sink that took a day to drain, old tired bath that no one would ever want to relax in. Hooks hanging half out of the wall. Breakfast was poor, never seen a full English served with roast potatos and they tried to charge £2 for a coffee that isn't from a coffee press... The biggest joke here is that there were people complaining about the state of the rooms in front of us, with similar...

"Lovely golf course and breakfast was great but slow. Room was very dated and the bed had a huge dip in the middle. Very outdated and an old TV so couldn't even put on Netflix and relax."
