"Great location for the centre of Canterbury and access to the cathedral, shops and green spaces. Air-conditioning in room a bit noisy, but otherwise room met our needs. Ideally a coffee machine in the room would be better and a mini-bar. What we didn't like was the fact that we had booked a continental breakfast, but you could only order one item from a menu, and coffee/juice and the buffet offered was only cereal and fruit. Not sure how this is continental as would have expected pastries/croissants, yoghurt, meats/cheeses etc."

"I prefer Hampton by Hilton to Premier Inns now and stay in them whenever possible. This one was typical of the brand. Clean, modern, well equipped with excellent friendly staff. And the included breakfast is a real bonus. Great stay. Only thing that would improve life would be a small in room fridge."

"The room was clean and reasonably decorated. The staff were welcoming and polite. The breakfast was good. There is no evening restaurant but this is not a problem as there are a large number of restaurants a short walk away. The hotel is well situated for all the towns attractions but benefits for being just off the High Street (which can be very busy). Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again."

"The check-in process was incredibly easy and seamless from start to finish. Everything was well organised, and the parking instructions were clear and straightforward, making our arrival completely stress-free. We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short visit. It's a simple, no-frills place with basic amenities, but it delivered exactly what we expected. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day, and the overall experience was great value for money. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay without the extras, this is a solid choice."

"Excellent property in side the grounds of the cathedral .perfect location . Breakfast was excellent. We were in an Annex room and 40 stairs to the room which we were already informed about .the room only had a fan which was absolutely useless in the heat .a portable air conditioner unit should be in the room.."
