The managed Johan is absolutely top class manager , Andrea at the Pescatore restaurant the best waitress met and Paolo at the Mediterraneo restaurant just the most friendly and gentle soul ever met ! It feels sofisticate and welcoming, it’s delightful to be there as we have never experienced despite travelling many 5 stars hotel ! Amazing prime staff ! "It was absolutely wonderful! We cannot wait to come back. The Waterfront 2026 opens the middle of June so we missed it. It’s an amazing outdoor space on the water with restaurants and shopping and bars. It’s outstanding! The stores are all high end and right on the property!"

"Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after we were checked in. Minor points overall, and not for a lack of willingness from the staff, but feels like the process could be smoother. Breakfast was sensational, incredible views and wonderful selection. The gym was fantastic and Paolo (? Maybe not the right name, apologies) was brilliant, helped us with our workouts and was incredibly friendly. Would definitely recommend overall!"
