Great place to recover after the Nice marathon. With a little extra fee (in addition to room cost), you can reserve the wellness centre (jetted tub, steam, dry sauna) for an hour to enjoy privately. There is also a roof top hot tub which is free. We appreciated the helpful and friendly front desk during our stay.

The service was outstanding and the breakfast delicious. Rooms are large, modern, and have huge balconies. Only downside: the air conditioning was no longer available at the time of the year and the room got up to 30°C during the day. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel in a great location.

Great place to stay for a visit in Cannes. It’s walkable to the train station, shopping, dining, and the beach. I was very fond of the decor celebrating the film industry and my room had a spectacular view of the courtyard garden with a large window to take it all in. I would stay here again if I return to Cannes.

Best Western Patio is on a quiet street but close to everything. Two elevators. The roof terrace and patio added to the pleasant experience. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Staff always pleasant. Room has just enough room and bathroom is modern and clean with walk-in shower. Will stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay in a nice clean new room with very kind staff. Breakfast was also relatively rich for France. They didn't agree to supply towels for the beach which would have been nice since we didn't have any room in our luggage to bring any with us.

The location is one of the best aspects of this hotel — just two or three blocks away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, making it an easy short walk to the city center and waterfront. Our room was a double with an additional couch that could sleep two more guests, though we never used it. Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing in several ways. The air conditioning shut down automatically during the night, and as a result, we never had a comfortable night’s sleep. The rooftop Jacuzzi was another letdown — it wasn’t easy to access, was poorly maintained, and frankly not worth using. We only stumbled upon it by accident. On the design side, the carpet color was unappealing, and its condition made the room feel less clean than it should have. Overall, while the location is very convenient, the comfort and amenities need significant improvement before I could recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel. Super cute and quiet at night even though you are steps away from all the action on Rue D'Antibes, The Croisette and the beach. Beautiful rooftop patio that was mostly empty (October.) It has a hot tub with nice views. There is also a sunny patio near the reception filled with plants and a cool vibe where you can work with a laptop and enjoy a coffee. I had the breakfast buffet on some days. Nice selection of items - cereals, baked goods, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, smoked salmon, yogurt, juices, bread and pastries, and boiled eggs. The staff were all friendly. They have umbrellas for guests to use—ideal for the downpour we had on one day. Shops and restaurants are around the corner and many more are ten minutes away. The bathrooms are clean and efficient (no tubs), the beds comfortable and the in-room coffee service is refreshed daily. The main train and bus station a 10-minute walk away. The only thing this property needs is new carpet in the hallways and rooms Otherwise, it's a great spot and highly recommend it.
