"1. The shower head is bad which scattered the water around & don’t have the selection of the water flow. 2. Please add the hand holder besides the shower where I can hold it while walk into the tub. 3. No whole body mirror besides the door 4. The staffs are very helpful where we asked her to provide whatever, she always responds quick, very appreciated!"

"A beautiful location with incredible mountain views in a lovely town that has so much to offer. The country inn had a homely feel, with the same homely rule of leaving our shoes at the door, which is reasonable and helps keep dirt to a minimum. Offering a choice of breakfast options and slightly friendlier service could be areas to improve. Overall, this stay was great value if you are comfortable with the basics."

"Lovely room, clean and terrific coffee in the room. There were a few things that could be improved but only on my personal preference! The fan in the ac/heater unit only worked when cooling. One bed had a mirror at the foot of it (bad mojo) and only one night table in between the beds. Would recommend the location is good, felt safe and the price was fair."

"The pool and waterslide are cool. The rest is crap. Do better Pocaterra. Staff are useless. No automatic doors anywhere so trying to lug a luggage cart into the building is a struggle. Staff just watched as I struggled to get through the doors. The room was freezing cold no matter how high we set the heat. We had to prop a wall of pillows along the side of the bed that is unfortunately right beside the blower because every time it kicked on, there was a cold wind blowing directly onto that bed....

"We had a wonderful stay at Super 8 Canmore, the staff were all so friendly and helpful and it was evident that they all worked really hard to ensure the hotel was spotless and ran like clockwork. Everywhere was clean and tidy, if breakfast supplies ran a little low they were replenished immediately. Thank you for making our stay at Canmore such a pleasant one!"

"I liked that the room was very spacious and allowed for lots of room if you brought lots of items with you. Something that I didn’t like was the smokeless balcony, but I understand that it’s not encouraged to smoke on the balcony when pedestrians are walking by"

"The hotel was good. Beds are comfortable and the little kitchen was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, hotel is much older than the photos on the website, so overall it was a bit disappointing."
