"This was our first time staying at Falcon Crest and I was pleasantly surprised. We received a complimentary upgrade at check in, which was appreciated. The room was clean and well kept, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet throughout the night. It was in walking distance to where we wanted to grab some food and drinks (Bridgette Bar and Tank310). I’d stay here again for sure! "

Parking with a trailer was easy, check in was super convenient, the hotel was clean and looked new with modern decor, our room had a very comfortable bed and pillows, included Rocky Mountain toiletries in the bathroom, had a Nespresso maker and creamer, the attached restaurant had great service and excellent food, and the price was very reasonable. "The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."
