The only think was there was no parking this trip because the street had no parking due to cleaning and there parkade was closed for cleaning and they also were cleaning dry ducts so they could enter the unit at anytime if you were in or not.

Excellent hotel no complaints at all, good springtime pricing. Only issue is hotel tried to charge more to check in at 2pm instead of 4pm and I paid enough not to have to pay more. Tue front desk was quite taken aback that I did not want to pay an up charge to check in a bit early.

Four ladies spent one day at the Blackstone. It was a lovely property. We went there specifically for their spa. Verde Spa is amazing. However, the morning we were leaving we asked for a late check out because our spa appointment ran over the checkout time. The hotel had lots of vacancy and was definitely not full. We were told we could only have a late checkout if we paid an additional $29.95, for 2 hours extra. We were very disappointed with this response.

Canmore is a lovely setting. We stayed there on our way out to BC, and then two nights later on our way back. Enjoyed both stays, but felt that the mattresses were due to be changed out. They were wore out.

This was our third time staying at the Blackstone Mountain. We very much enjoy the property as a whole! We love having a bit of living space separate from the bedroom and a full kitchen cuts down on eating out costs. That said, there are so many great places to eat within walking distance! The pool and hot tubs are always clean and you can't beat the view! We did not use them but there are also BBQs and fire tables for people to use down in the pool area. We also appreciated the free underground parking with a car washing stall and a Tesla charger! We drive a Tesla so it was amazing to be able to charge the car there! We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay, beautiful room we got a free upgrade. Nice warm outdoor pool and hottubs some people stayed in the hot tubs for hours during the evening it was packed so we didnt get to go in until the morning.

Friendly staff, had an Easter Egg hunt for the kids on Easter Sunday. Street is narrow to drive down with the vehicles parked on both sides. No restaurant but a few close by to walk to and the suites with kitchens are fully equipped

It was an enjoyable stay, staff all very friendly adn helpful. One minor criticism though - the paper products in the room (toilet paper, facial tissues and paper towels) were all very low quality. It would be nice if those items were at the same level of quality as the res t of the property.

Very good stay. Room was nice and spacious and had everything we needed. Only issue was that the king bed was very firm, and the pullout couch was like sleeping on the floor. Time to replace the mattress on the pullout.
