"The hotel was well kept but there was NO HOT WATER to shower with. We informed front desk staff and they advised us to let the shower faucet run for 10 min to allow hot water to run. We let it run 45 min and still no hot water. Also the room was freezing because you could not control the AC. There was no microwave or phone in the room to call front desk if needed. I was very disappointed."

Para el colmo nos salió una cucaracha. Eramos 4 ya con aviso previo y nos dejan 3 toallas para bañarnos. Escribí sin recibir respuesta. Otra cosa, dormir, imposible con tanto ruido alrededor, se escucha todo, los niños corriendo y como si estuvieran dando golpes en las paredes. "This property has fake pics of the inside online. Receptacles are all hanging with exposed wires, gate has no lock. No dishes, stove was disgusting, no soap, not even in the bathroom for your hands. Ants and roaches everywhere. No utensils, no shower head in shower. No hot water. No table, I left this room about 30 minutes after I arrived. We did not feel safe at all. Do not book this property. "

It was definitely a new experience will definitely highly recommend even though the city is a ghost town had my own parking and had no issues. A few restaurants and bars, and not too far from one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico. "
