Minimalistic but designful hotel, nice Ambiente and nice people, breakfast was good with muesli/fruits/homemade bread/eggs and pancake. Feeling overall is good, but a bit further away from main canggu street, five minutes walking to the echo beach via alley and parking lot (can be dark at night) , offer free shuttle service which is helping from 8.30am-10pm to main canggu road, if it would have been a bit closer, would stay there for sure again Just a side note, the cleaning lady did not clean garbage and cups, not sure if we were unlucky or the level of cleaning lady service can be improve But overall the hotel looks clean and well maintained

とってもフレンドリーなスタッフがいて、笑顔で迎えてくれます！海も歩いてすぐですが、街中に行くにはシャトルバスが必要です。ただバイクを貸してくれるので滞在中は乗り回して好きな所に行けました！中はおしゃれだし、安いし、周りはのどかでステキなホテルでした！

Do not stay here. It’s a scam.

This hotel is near echo beach and has a good breakfast, but it ends there. We stayed six nights at this hotel and I had my daughter with me. This hotel is not appropriate for families or kids whatsoever. We had several problems during our stay. The first three nights we hardly had any water in the shower, and no hot water. This happened to other guests as well during our last few days. The WiFi didn’t work properly and could be gone for hours/days. There are no staff to help you after 4pm. They say that they have someone in charge at the end of the road, but if you do find him you will meet a very unfriendly and rude man. There is no control whatsoever when it comes to payment. We paid for our stay when we checked our. The hotel still charge me the same amount a few days later on the card I had secured the booking with. I contacted them and hotels.com to get the double charge back. The hotel then got furious and started to blame me for everything. They even wanted to hold back the money to prevent me to write a bad review. They harass the people who writes bad review and they try to threaten people from writing bad reviews. You can see in tripadvisor that this hotel writes their own positive reviews. Stay away from this hotel. It’s a scam.

The villa itself is beautiful and the staff were lovely! The breakfast that we received every morning was delicious and we were able to organise a scooter each day with no hassle at all, in order to get around and explore canguu. The property is in such close proximity to echo beach, you simply walk around the corner and you’re on the beach. We had sunset drinks almost every night. Loved our stay!

Friendly staff, lovely healthy and fresh breakfast provided each morning. Towels were dirty, but they were quickly changed on requested by the very helpful staff. Hot water for the shower was sometimes an issue due to their water tank. Close to the beach, maybe a 4 minute walk to the sea front. Be warned it’s not as simple to get to the Main Street in Canggu due to their road networks. The villa provide a shuttle service throughout the day and on the hour which drops guests at the top of the street, but outside of hours, you will need to pay. One of the staff was very lovely, on a late arrival and having had no dinner, he drove us around to find anywhere that was still open!
