Fabulous little clean and very tidy apartment, handy to shops, coffee and eateries. Nice and quiet. Felt very safe. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Would be happy to stay again.

The property itself was nice. Cozy room, delightful staff, communication with the online concierge was very efficient. CONS: What took away from my experience was the area surrounding the property; - My driver when arriving to the apartment struggled to pull up to the entrance of the Apartments, it was a very tight squeeze. - The view from my balcony was purely just construction of other villas being built. - The noise of the construction of the villas being built was rather annoying to be around, as you can hear it while you lounge on the balcony, eating dinner in the kitchen, even when you sleep in the bedroom. - Water pressure was rather weak, I couldn’t properly shower. PROS: - Very cozy apartment, felt like I was living at home at my actual apartment. - Various amenities are included, drinking water dispenser, fridge, two TV’s that offered various apps for shows, towels, balcony pool, cozy leisure area. - Easy for Grab pick up’s via scooter only. Once all construction seizes, and everything is built, this place would be a solid 5/5, otherwise with what I experience, this place is standing at a solid 3/5.
