Queremos registrar o quanto essa estadia foi especial para nós. Desde a chegada, nos sentimos verdadeiramente acolhidos. Cada detalhe foi pensado com tanto carinho: do paninho “operação maquiagem” às toalhas macias e cheirosas, da cama impecavelmente preparada ao aroma das roupas de cama, que trazia conforto e sensação de cuidado. A jacuzzi disponível para todos os hóspedes, o cantinho da fogueira, o chuveiro maravilhoso e os ambientes aconchegantes fizeram a experiência ser ainda mais incrível. Sem falar no atendimento de todos da equipe, sempre gentis e atenciosos. Dava para sentir o carinho em cada gesto. O café da manhã foi inesquecível (com certeza o melhor que já fomos): comida deliciosa, feita com capricho (tudo feito lá mesmo). A verdade é que o lugar é tão completo e acolhedor que nem sentimos vontade de ir passear em Canela ou Gramado, queríamos apenas ficar ali, desconectar e aproveitar cada instante. Lugar incrível! É um lugar para você relaxar e se desconectar do “mundo lá fora”. Pousada linda, aconchegante e atendimento agradável. Todo mundo da pousada tenta te agradar e fazer a sua hospedagem ser especial.
