"Nice, clean well cared for hotel. Room decor was spectacular, modern but horse country look. I appreciated that. I felt completely safe here and the outdoor seating with fireplace and waterfall were very intimate. Only complaint was the streaming tv channels which kept freezing up. I like to watch the daily news, but it was easier to shut the TV off and use my laptop."

"The hotel was under renovation. Torn up sidewalks outside, flooring inside. Room was clean but must be on the list for reno...it was worn. Front desk was great but my room was not cleaned two days in a row, despite day 2 request. Breakfast was a definite highlight."

"Hot tub was down 3 of 5 days we were there. Breakfast and staff was good. Front desk during day was grumpy did not wven look up hello or goodby. Tried callng 4 times during stay with no answer had to go down.5 day aray without housekeeping even when requested. Also had to hunt down Housekeeping for clean towels 3 times. Also pool area did not have towels consistently either "

"The guy on night shift who checked us in ( name started with a D) was so great! Very kind and helpful. My son loved the trundle instead if a regular sofa sleeper, much more comfy he said. The only bummer was the whole bathroom door being semi opaque glass. It made all of us a little u comfortable when we were in there and it was horrible during the night. Whenever someone went to the bathroom the light shining through the glass door lit up the whole room. Would have given them 5 stars if the had a regular door on the bathroom."
