Oscar was able to change our room from one that was next to noisy air conditioning next door hotel to a beautiful 3rd floor room that was quiet and had a nice view of the beach and ocean. We spent 3 nights at this hotel. It was wonderful. It’s a smaller hotel compared to other we have been to before. Traveled with 12 and 6 yo. They have water slides, kids care, kids activities and entertainment. We didn’t try any of the morning activities such as yoga but they do have a daily schedule😁 ...

Seadust Cancún All Inclusive Family Resort
Room was superb, staff was efficient. the only issue was that staff cannot communicate in English. They only understand Spanish, which was a big issue when needed something. Specially in buffet food it was not possible to know the main ingriedents of the food
