"Definitely not the experience we were expecting. Cabo was so much better. Half the restaurants the food was awful. Staff were hit or miss. Rooms were not always cleaned. Towels were not always available at pool. I can go on…. Definitely disappointed for how much was spent."

"We traveled to this resort with a group and booked two rooms. For half of our stay, we were upgraded to Preferred Club, which was a nice bonus. "Where do I start. Rooms were super dirty they had to move us to another room. Staff seemed like they did not want to be there they barely wanted us to order drinks especially in the pool area. We were 11 of us so yes they are a lot of drinks to make but it should come with an attitude when making the drinks especially when it’s all inclusive. "Great place for kids but needs updates. The rooms were on the small side but livable. The overall property seems to be deteriorating, it needs work and it seems like they're trying to keep up with it but the list is long. The kids loved it. The food selection was not as good as other resorts we stayed at. Menu was limited and didn't matter if you went to the restaurants. All food was pretty much the same. So a solid 3 star place. For the price. You really can't complain."
