Overall a beautiful resort with excellent staff and service. In terms of all the other negative reviews regarding loud construction noise or lack of availability of food, these were not issues for us during our stay in early June. Our only complaint about the resort is that the entrees at dinner were all either average or below average. Most of the appetizers and starting courses however were excellent. Breakfast and lunch options were also great. Views from the rooftop pool are incredible. Excellent drinks at the vantage club bar. My feedback would be to add cocktail menus to each bar and restaurant, bonus points if they can make themed cocktail menus based off the restaurant you’re eating at

Beautiful property with amazing views. Entertainment and resort activities are fun and plentiful. Traveled with another female friend and felt extremely safe they take every precaution to make sure you leave and arrive safely. A lot of excellent food options. Some may consider portions small compared to other all inclusive resorts. Resort is fairly new and are working out the kinks. Greeting staff excellent, check in staff informative but not personable, wait staff at buffet excellent at restaurants not to friendly or informative. Excellent for those seeking a zen, quite, relaxing stay. 40 minutes to 1 hour drive to most tourist destinations and airport. You are better off renting a car at the resort than paying for transportation.

I stayed in that property for 3 nights I went there for relax first night there fan were making noises and the temperature there is in 95 and they only fix there ac on 70 it’s not go below that and they will say it’s hotel policy and then they change room again problem fan was making noises and got up with migraine all they will say they will fix and last day next room it was so loud music all night I will never stay in this property again
