"We originally had been allocated a disabled access room, but upon request, we were then moved to a beautiful suite for the remaining two nights of our three night stay as there was no other option for all three nights. The suite was lovely - everything was immaculate. Special mention to Alex and Kylie for sorting out the room swap. "The Tall Trees motel in Ainslee is a hidden little gem close to Dickson (and the tram) It's a old, safe and quiet suburb with lots of greenery (plants, trees, green grass, well maintained properties). The staff are amazing, the facilities are great and they're renovating to make it even better. It's a quiet place for a perfect stay, short or long. I was there with my wife and we are definitely coming back again due to all the factors mentioned above."

"This hotel was pretty amazing. We had a pool and a wonderful Buffett breakfast in the morning. The rooms were clean. The fire alarm went off at three am. Someone was apparently smoking in their room. Everyone moved out in an orderly manner onto the street. But there wasn’t any hotel staff around giving us direction or telling us what was going on. "
