The staff were exceptionally helpful and firendly. I swam in the 'heated' indoor pool and it was quite cool but refreshing. Room comfortable, safe and quiet with everything I needed for weekend stopover. Many thanks!

The exterior of this property is terrible and I was embarrassed I’d booked this for our friends. the lobby area is also run down. The room was clean and functional but also run down. The checkin staff were lovely. A great location but this is a very old property that needs updating.

Very nice stay

Clean and tidy room, much bigger than expected and very well equipped. I was a very late check in and early check out. It would have been great if circumstances allowed me to stay and enjoy. Easy check in and approachable service staff.

The breakfast was VERY disappointing and not worth the money that they charge. The restaurant had 1 person in attendance, running out of food at the buffet every time after 3 or more people entered. Everything was cold, the cups were dirty, etc, etc. Regret paying for breakfast to be included!

The trundle (extra spare bed) was very old and uncomfortable, with the springs easily felt through the mattress. I wouldn’t recommend the extra bed at all. It was awkward parking out the front off the main road - multiple cars couldn’t fit.

Loved the proximity to shops and dining, nice 10 minutes stroll. Didn’t like the Undercover parking was very squashed, costly and you had to be in early to guarantee a spot. Not all lifts went to parking level either and there wasn’t any notice anywhere to advise of this. Also they don’t accept Cash!!

Our main complaint is over the parking. The parking is very tight if you run a full size SUV. Furniture in unit is somewhat showing its age. Access to kitchen cupboards impossible if you are under 150 cm tall. Otherwise all good.

Property is very run down. The room is outdated and so are the bathrooms. The couches were opd and faded, the walls were dirty.Our bathroom had a severe leak when showering. Water from under the bath drain made its way to the carpet outside and soaked the floor. Property is very central in Braddon. However, the hotel is not very safe. We noticed that there is no need to use the swipe card to access the levels once your inside. Being a Accor facility, we honestly thought it would be a clean place, we were disappointed. I did share my feedback with the feont desk and showed photos of our concerns
