While the room was tidy, it was unfortunately very hot and had a noticeable odour. The front desk staff member was helpful and arranged a room change, which offered some improvement, however the room was still quite warm and the security lock was missing. Although I had two nights booked, I checked out after around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive a refund for the unused nights.

Room was in good condition however, the shower head was clogged with calcium causing the water to flow all over the place. The other issue was they do not clean the rooms on a daily basis but if you leave the make up room sign on the door the room does get a green clean. However our glasses and cups were left dirty. The staff were pleasant.

I love this hotel - room is clean, warm and comfy. My only recommendation is that they need some hooks in the bathroom so that clothes stay dry when shower floods the floor.
