"The property is fairly new and super clean. Staff are extremely attentive, helpful and well mannered. It is right in the centre of the city with public transport close by. Breakfast is served with multiple choices. A good pick if you travel to Fukuoka."

"Smaller economy rooms but great location and Very clean."

"The hotel was very clean, and the staff were kind and attentive. The amenities were excellent, especially the pajamas. It’s also very close to the station, which was really convenient. I had a wonderful stay."

"3rd time staying at a Dormy Inn; 2nd at Gion. The location is great (especially the proximity to the Kawabata Arcade and Canal City); Hakata Station is also within walking distance. It's a treat to have access to a hot spring bath and the ice pops, probiotic drinks and late-night ramen are other pluses."

"Great stay close to everything"

"I have stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times. Clean, comfortable, quiet, with helpful staff."

"Check in was a little confusing. Bathroom outdated, with broken faucet. Family room was really dark even with lights on. Overall it’s ok for the price and comfortable stay"

"Overall hygiene inside the property is okay except for the toilet. The toilet bowl has stains which look disgusting. Ventilation inside the toilet room is bad. Even though we switch on the ventilation fan for some time before/after each usage, the toilet is still very smelly."
