I had the best hospitality experience during my trip to Japan. From the moment I arrived by taxi, a male staff greeted me very politely, took my luggage, and a female staff also personally carried it to my room while explaining everything in detail kindly. Throughout the entire stay, their kindness, courtesy, and refined manners truly impressed me. After check-out, they kindly kept my luggage, and a male staff member who spoke Korean fluently even asked first if I would like him to call an Uber — which I really appreciated. The room was exceptionally clean, completely dust-free, and very spacious. The bathroom was also spotless, with perfect hot water and strong water pressure. This hotel’s level of service was on a completely different class. It was by far the most courteous and outstanding service and facility I experienced during my trip to Japan. I will definitely stay at Hotel Nikko again when I return to Fukuoka.
