odanın penceresi nin hemen önünde yarım metre mesafeyle bir yüksek duvar vardı. havalanması mümkün değil, ayrıca klima havalandırma gürültüsü vardı. kahvaltılıklar vasatın altında, telefon çekmiyor, otopark vale hizmetleri ise yetersiz. alternatifler düşünülebilir.

Daha once kalmistim cok temiz ve mukemmeldi ama bu defa maalesef vasat buldum.Calisanlar cok vasat.Temizlik corono icin yeterli degil. Adatepe otel in rezaletinden sonra idare etti.Adatepe otel iptalinin ucreti hesabima iade edilmedi.Lutfen acilen kalmadigim ve berbat bir otel icin iademi acilen yapiniz.tesekkurler.

Mekan güzel ama işletme malesef...

Öncelikle otelin yapısı mevkii çok güzel sessiz sakin deniz kenarı... Ama o binaya bu işletmecilik personel yazık çok yazık. Personelin üstü başı kirli dikkat eden yok otele girişte ilgilenen yok. Deniz manzaralı delüks oda diye tuttuk evet deniz görünüyor bir pencerenin ufak köşesinden. o pencerede açılmıyor giriş kat birde ne umduk neyle karşılaştık.Resimler cok farklıydı.Resepsiyona soruyorum bu odanın neresi deniz manzaralı köşesinden görünüyor diyor.Bu tarz şikayetler çok oluyor benimde nasıl resimler var bilgim yok diyor :) Bu şekilde satış yapmak olmaz. Herşeyi yok sayıp 2 günlük tatilin tadını çıkarmaya çalıştık olabildiğince...

Internet aracılığıyla deniz manzaralı delüx oda ayırttığım halde , bana bahçe manzaralı delüx verdiler ve de fiyat farkını geri vermediler. Otelde görüşebilecek bir yetkili yok. Ortak alanlarda temizlik iyi değil, sinek kaynıyor. Sabah kahvaltısı sırasında içerde mutfakda müstahdem kavga ediyordu, sesler ve bağrışmalar dişardan bile duyuluyordu. Yönetimde bir ciddiyetsizlik var, mutlaka düzgün bir yöneticiye ihtiyaç var.

Rezalet bir otel.

Şimdiye kadar gittiğimiz en kötü oteldi. Fotoğraflara aldandık fakat hizmet, işletme o kadar kötüydü ki insanın dönüp manzaraya bakası bile gelmiyor. Çalışanlar tam bir fiyasko. Otelde bizimle kimse ilgilenmedi kahvaltı saatini bile sorarak öğrenebildik. Bizi tek bilgilendirdikleri konu 12 de çıkmamız gerektiği oldu. Kahvaltı için en ucuz beş para etmez ürünleri kullanmışlar. Çay bardaklarını yıkamamışlar lekeliydi. Odaların önünde otele ait dışarıdan müşteride kabul ettikleri restorant var ve gece geç saatlere kadar müşterilerin garsonların sesleri geliyor, uyumak mümkün değil. Odayı temizlenmemiş olarak verdiler oldukça pisti. Otelde otopark var sanmayın sağa sola buldukları yere koyuyorlar arabanızı. Balayımızı rezil ettiler aklı olan parası ile rezil olmak istemeyen bu otele gitmez.

Hotel is ok but the staff and service are terrible. Overpriced, double the price of other hotels around which are exactly the same. Seriously low quality food and breakfast. Do not recommend. It takes about an hour to get someones attention to get a coffee.

Assos beach

L'endroit est magnifique. L'hôtel bénéficie d'une plage privée. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est bien. Le service n'est pas du tout à la hauteur. J'ai été très mal accueillie. J'ai montré la confirmation de ma réservation. Le réceptionniste m'a demandé si je voulais une chambre sous le toit. Après il m'a dit que puisque je ne restais qu'une nuit ça allait. Je lui ai donné mon passeport. Il m'a conduit dans une chambre. Puis quelques minutes après il voulait entrer dans ma chambre. Je suis retournée le voir à la réception il m'a dit que je n'avais aucune réservation. J'ai été obligée de téléphoner à hotel.com pour prouver que j'avais bien une réservation puisque le document écrit ne leur suffisait pas. Au moment de mon départ j'ai été aussi mécontente qu'aucun personnel de l'hôtel m'aide à accéder à l'arrêt du dolmus qui se trouve à quelques mètres au dessus de l'hôtel. Etant très chargée et de plus marchant avec une canne, cette aide aurait été bienvenue. Le service de cet hôtel ne reflète pas du tout l'accueil que les turcs réservent habituellement aux touristes.
