"The walls are very thin. A lot of noise. Room very small, nowhere to store clothing. Very poor lighting. Check in and check out not efficient. Parking is through a really tight alleyway with a glitchy keypad. We will not be returning"

"The hotel is in a great location. My room in the 12 floor was spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and the breakfast area was large with plenty of comfortable spaces. Great value!"

"This is a nice hotel in a good location but my room was a bit disappointing. I did like that I could walk up the stairs to my room & back out into the lobby (stairs went to the 4th floor). My room was a corner room (406) with a lovely view. However, it overlooked a busy intersection & the windows are very poor for sound proofing. I was up early with the traffic daily. It was quite busy/noisy & the walls didn't seem very sound proof either. The room was really dark & the television is poorly located - very difficult to watch from the bed. Otherwise fine - bed was comfortable, room spacious, with fridge & some kitchen supplies. Staff friendly & accommodating with a late check out. Price good for location near ByWard Market & Rogers Conference Centre."
