"I have nothing to concern about the hotel and the amenities from the facility. But sometimes when you’re dealing with public, but can’t process everything as a robotic. First time, I was their with my whole family of 5 (2 adults and 10/7/19 months old) they charged 200k VND . Second time, I was there with my 2 oldest. They charged 200k VND just because I have a 7 year old add on."

"Stayed 4 nights in the River View Suite. The hotel’s biggest strengths are its excellent location, cleanliness, and modern design. The River View Suite was spacious, comfortable, and worth the upgrade. Everything was within walking distance, including the riverfront, restaurants, cafés, and the night market. However, guests should be aware that this is a very compact hotel. While the suite itself was spacious, most public areas felt quite small, including the lobby, breakfast area, drop-off...

"We really enjoyed this hotel because of the convenient location, close enough to easily walk to the river, the night market and indoor market, and many places to dine. The rooms were clean and plenty of room with a nice bathroom, although the shower had no door and the whole bathroom got wet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was clean and refreshing. There was no breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend."
