Hotel simples mas muito confortável e aconchegante. Café da manhã cinco estrelas! Portaria idem! Estacionamento amplo, hotel muito bem localizado. Fez falta uma tomada ao lado da cama para carregador de telefone. Embora não tenha feito falta por ser um dia frio, a piscina no terraço merecia mais cuidados, bem como a academia.

FALTA DE ÉTICA PROFISSIONAL

Logo que cheguei para o check-in o recepcionista me direcionou  para um quarto que não foi o reservado no aplicativo. Voltei para informa-lo, mas o mesmo disse não poder fazer nada, mesmo eu lhe mostrando o e-mail recebido pelo hoteis.com provando a minha compra. Ele me informou que o que constava para ele era um quarto mais barato. ( sendo que no próprio dia , pela manhã liguei para saber se estava tudo ok.) A situação foi bem constrangedora, pois todos estavam me olhando. Pedi para falar com o gerente, mas este estava ausente. Pedi para ligar, mas houve resistência da parte do recepcionista para solucionar meu problema. E ainda disse que o problema era eu quem tinha que resolver com o site de reserva. Sinceramente, situação muito ruim. Não fui informada horário do café,  horário de para arrumar quarto, não assinei nada na entrada e na saída. Saímos logo que acordamos e quando voltamos já estavam arrumando nosso quarto. Sendo que pagamos mais meia diária para findar o dia. Pelo o atendimento não voltaria novamente para me hospedar. Total falta de ética profissional. Os funcionários não são discretos. Decepcionada.

A experiência no geral foi boa.Os funcionários são atenciosos e não tive problemas durante minha estadia que foi curta, apenas uma noite. A televisão oferece o pacote básico e o ar condicionado estava ok. Achei que o frigobar deveria ter opções para quem não pode (ou não quer) ingerir açúcar. Não havia opção de refrigerante diet. A iluminação do quarto é fraca, mesmo com todas as lâmpadas acesas. Foi a minha dificuldade para a leitura fora do computador.

O Hotel parece ter reformado oa quartos a pouco tempo, estão bem novos e com ótima aparência. Quarto espaçoso e com bom sinal wiffi. Pecou por alguns detalhes na limpeza(encontrei cabelo na pia). A area de lazer piscina é bacana, porém a academia que é anunciada é frustante com esteiras e bicicletas em péssimas condiçoēs(seria melhor não informar que tem). Fica proximo a Av Pelinca, com.opcoes de banco e refeicoes. No geral a experiencia foi legal, tem boa ducha quente e tive somente um.problema no check out mas por erro do proprio Expedia(Hoteis.com) ao informar o pgto antecipado.
