CAUTION: Closed for Renovations

Hotel is closed for renovations. Was a a bit of a shock to show up late at night with everything closed up. There was communication sent earlier in the day that the reservation was changed to another hotel but I did not have cellular data. If it was not for two random guys across the street we likely would not have known what to do.

Excelente e aconchegante

Excelente pousada com ótimo atendimento e quarto muito confortável e aconchegante. Porém sentimos falta do chá da tarde que a pousada oferecia (tivemos esse benefício em uma outra oportunidade em que ficamos no local em maio de 2024). Esse era um grande diferencial da pousada e sentimos falta.

Ótima Pousada

A pousada é muito bem decorada e aconchegante, o quarto era amplo e confortável, o café da é servido na pousada ao lado e é muito bem feito A pousada fica a 5 min a pé da praça de Capivari em uma rua super tranquila. Os funcionários são super atenciosos em especial o Fernando que cuida do café da manhã.

Apesar da equipe extremamente atenciosa e gentil, a estadia no geral foi ruim. A internet da pousada não funcionou em momento algum, o quarto era bem antigo sem grandes opções de entretenimento, travesseiros horriveis, quarto barulhento e muito claro a noite. Não vale o preço pago, não é nem um pouco romantico para um casal, decepção total.

Fiquei no quarto 17 , ele fica bem embaixo da sala de cafe e todos os dias a partir das 7 hs o barulho de arrumação , cadeiras , torneira, etc.. entrava para o quarto. Terrivel não dava para dormir

A pousada e boa,muito bem localizado.Mas existem inúmeras ,muito melhores por preço semelhante. As fotos são outra impressão. Pousada velha ,sem charme e problemas de manutenção básica. A água quente acabou no meio do banho, foi pontual e rapidamente sanado. Mas dormir com luz acesa foi inédito!A luz dicróica da sanca de gesso não apaga nunca! Não volto mais e não recomendo!

Hotel muito limpo e staff extremamente atencioso. Tanto no Café da Manhã quanto no Chá da Tarde oferecem uma grande variedade de ítens. Apenas sentimos que a calefação e a lareira não foram suficientes para o tamanho do quarto. Sugiro que no inverno sejam colocados lençóis térmicos nas camas.
