Agradável surpresa. Foi a primeira vez que viajei a Cachoeira Paulista.Escolhi o Água Viva no site pq pareceu-me legal,para o tipo de cidade(peregrinação). Mas o hotel inteiro é de um bom gosto enorme. Decoração com peças simples,mas de um bom gosto. Atendimento excelente, genuinamente gentis. Café da manhã muito bom. Área da piscina charmosa. O quarto é pequeno,mas não atrapalhou em nada.

A equipe da recepção é muito simpática e atenciosa. Quarto tem um espaço bom, com bom chuveiro. Café da manhã é trivial. No entanto, minha experiência não foi boa. O quarto estava com um cheiro PÉSSIMO de esgoto. Mesmo fechando a porta do banheiro o cheiro permaneceu. A cama não era de casal, eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, não sendo compatível com a descrição no momento da reserva, e não é confortável por que fica aquele buraco no meio. Travesseiros pouco confortáveis. O frigobar não é abastecido, se quiser algo é necessário pegar na recepção, o que não é cômodo. 5 horas da manhã um galo começou a cantar, ou seja, o descanso ficou prejudicado. Diante dessas ocorrências e do que é oferecido, o preço que está sendo cobrado aos finais de semana está muito acima.

Muito bom. Funcionários gentis e amáveis. Quarto bom. Hotel limpo e bem conservado. Não tem restaurante no hotel, porém eles tem um serviço com um restaurante parceiro que entrega no local. Experiência excelente. Super pertinho da Canção Nova. Só não entendi pq me cobraram uma diferença de tarifa, mas tudo bem.
