Os funcionários mal educados e sisudos todo o tempo, nao fazem questão de tratar bem. Não atendem o 9 na recepção. Impressionante! Deixei reclamação no livro e não tive nenhum retorno. Tentei contato com o gerente e não consegui. O restaurante fechou 20 minutos antes na sexta-feira e a dona destratou vários hospedes que queriam jantar. Assustador! Não recomendo!

Estavamos um pouco receosos por conta das avaliações falando sobre moveis velhos e sujeira, mas não tivemos problemas. Ficamos no quarto nº 600, quarto com bom espaço, janela grandona, ar condicionado bom, tudo bem limpinho. Unico ruim são os travesseiros, bem finos e só tinha um para cada. Banheiro pequeno, mas limpo, como secador e chuveiro bom!!! Café da manha é simples, mas atende bem! estacionamento pago a parte R$15,00. Valeu a estadia.

Pontoa negativos apenas.

Primeiro um check in que começa às 14h. Pedi uma exceção para entrar um pouco mais cedo. Pois no mesmo dia iria fazer um plantão e nao usaria o sevico completo de hospedagem. Fiquei apenas 5 a 6 horas no hotel e fiz o check out no mesmo dia para ir trabalhar e nao voltaria. As cortinas nao sao 100% black-out. De mateial ruim...duro... deixando o quarto claro. Almoço demorou mais de meia hora para ser servido... prato individual. Tinha mais gente almoçando, mas parece que fazem arroz,feijaoa por pedido. Faltou cordialidade... mesmo ligando antes para explicad a hospedagem curta... e chegando por volta das 11...12h tive que aguardar na recepção o check in.
