Péssima experiência

É no básico que se reconhece o padrão de um hotel – e o Novotel Campo Grande falhou miseravelmente. O café da manhã, prometido para as 6h30, só ficou efetivamente pronto às 6h50. Para quem tem compromisso cedo, 20 minutos de atraso por pura desorganização é mais que incômodo – é desrespeito. O pior, no entanto, não foi a espera, mas a resposta. Ao reclamar, fui brindado com a desfaçatez de ouvir que “estava tudo pronto” – uma mentira descarada dita com a convicção de quem claramente subestima a inteligência dos hóspedes. Como se não bastasse, a equipe foi deselegante e visivelmente despreparada para lidar com críticas legítimas. Novotel, coerência entre o que se promete e o que se entrega deveria ser o mínimo. Se não conseguem cumprir nem o horário do café da manhã, talvez seja hora de rever o conceito de “padrão Accor”.

Desde a chegada até o check-out, fui muito bem atendido por uma equipe atenciosa e profissional, sempre disposta a ajudar com um sorriso no rosto. A infraestrutura do hotel é impecável, com áreas comuns bem cuidadas, quartos espaçosos, confortáveis e silenciosos. A limpeza estava sempre impecável, tanto nos quartos quanto nas áreas compartilhadas. Outro ponto de destaque foi a acessibilidade: o hotel é muito bem adaptado, com rampas, elevadores eficientes e sinalizações claras, o que garantiu conforto e segurança para todos os hóspedes. O hotel é muito bom, mas necessita de reformas pontuais, exemplo ao teto do banheiro que estava com a pintura manchada, parecendo mofo. Elevadores são distantes da recepção.

Estava chovendo , tivemos que passar no corredor descoberto na chuva . O hotel estava um cheiro horrível de mofo , com goteiras em vários lugares . A entrada estava muito suja e com cheiro horrível . O vaso sanitário estava solto . Cama e confortável . Mas o resto deixa e muito a desejar .

Experiência frustrada

Pedimos cobertor à tarde, não nos levaram. Cobramos à noite, disseram que não tinha. Meu marido foi até a recepção e deram um cobertor furado. Todas as tomadas são 220V, mesmo em Campo Grande tendo o padrão 110V e não havia transformador. Choveu o dia todo e a água não ficou quente. Derrubamos um suco na mesa do café da manhã e o funcionário DA LIMPEZA, em vez de limpar, entregou um monte de guardanapo pro meu marido limpar a mesa. O espaço kids está abandonado.

Deveria ser muito melhor !!!

Hotel antigo, não tem smart tv nos quartos, café da manhã com muitos itens, mas nada gostoso e pago a parte. A piscina nas três diárias que fiquei hospedado no hotel, não foi limpa. Tem uma mesa de sinuca, mas está empenada e os tacos todos danificados não dá pra jogar. O restante estava ok.

DECEPCIONANTE

Para começar, assim que entramos à noite e fomos tomar banho, os azulejos do box do banheiro estavam cheios de limo. Não havia amenities e não prestamos atenção a isso na reserva, pois já havíamos ficado antes neste hotel, e das outras vezes havia. As toalhas estavam extremamente ásperas e o odor não era neutro, cheirava à secagem mal feita. O teto do banheiro estava com frestas por onde saíam tufos de poeira. A saia da cama estava suja. A cortina tinha vários trechos fora do trilho, penduradas. O beiral da janela, abrimos de manhã para entrar o ar, estava repleto de fezes de pássaros, mas muito mesmo. Os travesseiros eram muito velhos, completamente achatados. Fui à recepção e pedi se poderiam trocá-los para a próxima noite, e a recepcionista disse que seria muito difícil atender ao meu pedido visto que aquele era o padrão do hotel. Fiquei chocada. No domingo retornamos ao hotel à noite para nos arrumarmos para sair para jantar e havia 2 quartos no corredor com as portas abertas e luzes acesas, de hóspedes que saíram. No corredor havia bandejas desses quartos com restos de comida. Quando retornamos de madrugada esse quadro se mantinha. No dia seguinte quando acordamos para o café, continuava tudo igual e cheirava a comida estragada. Tudo muito largado... Não voltaremos mais, o hotel mudou muito, para pior, infelizmente.

Decepcionante.

Acomodação muito cara para o que oferece. A porta do banheiro estava descascando. A cortina do quarto, que era no térreo, estava com parte dela solta do trilho. Era um quarto velho, pintado, inclusive a pintura mal feita. A taxa extra para café da manhã é de R$ 68,00 por pessoa, preferi tomar café em uma padaria próxima.

Chão do corredor sujo, entrada do quarto mostrando desgaste, check in demorado. Estrutura velha, estacionamento lotado, tive que deixar o carro na rua.

Hotel precisando urgente de treinamento de pessoal. Em especial da área de recepção e garçons… Mas a estrutura ainda muito boa e a área de limpeza também boa. Quarto da ala antiga do hotel precisando ser melhorado, cheiro de mofo forte.

Experiência muito ruim….não vale o custo benefício

Todos os anos nos hospedamos no Novotel Campo Grande ,esse ano nos colocaram na ala mais antiga do hotel (mesmo pagando o valor de uma suíte ) essa q ficamos esta péssima,o teto do banheiro vai desabar na cabeça de algum hóspede e pinga água o dia todo do banheiro de cima ,banheiro úmido e cheirando a mofo ,o piso do quarto está úmido e estufado,a parede tb ….parece ser vazamento do banheiro ,a cama de péssima qualidade (deve ter uns 15 anos no mínimo ) ,travesseiros péssimos,toalhas de banho péssimas tb…o hotel precisa urgentemente de reparos gerais ,tanto nas acomodações,enxoval e café da manhã q está muito ruim tb,os pães e massa em geral todos duros (coisas velhas ) realmente não ficaremos mais nesse hotel ,o custo não compensa ,precisam urgente de reparos ….
