A atendente foi muito solícita, tentando passar todas as informações. O box do banheiro estava com vazamento, e o chuveiro não estava direcionado para baixo, o que causou alagamento no banheiro. O café da manhã estava "contado", onde as porções de frutas eram mínimas. E a reposição dos alimentos só foi possível mediante solicitação.

A cama é muito ruim, o colchão é de mola e está muito mole, afunda muito. Bem desconfortável. Pedi pra trocar de quarto e fui informado que é esse o padrão do hotel. Troquei de hotel.

Hotel simples, mas limpo e com boa localização, fiquei apenas um dia, estava em viagem a trabalho. Ressalva somente em relação ao barulho à noite, os quartos do terceiro andar não possuem nenhum isolamento, dá para escutar qualquer barulho ou movimento dos quartos vizinhos. Bom custo benefício, sinal de internet no quarto e café da manhã.

Bom.

Pontos positivos: Café da manhã bom. Fica bem localizado, na rua principal do Centro de Jundiaí onde o comércio é intenso. E tb fica no mesma rua da Catedral, da Câmara Municipal e do Museu Histórico. Tivemos um problema com o frigobar que não estava funcionando, mas a atendente solicitou nossa ajuda para trocar com o do quarto do lado. Deu tudo certo. Pontos negativos: o estacionamento estava bem cheio. Nós saímos e quando voltamos só tinha 1 vaga e bem complicada para estacionar. O hotel não tem elevador. Ficamos no 3° andar e tinhamos que subir de escada.

Lençóis com cheiro, não tinham elásticos nos lençóis, solto e depois se enrolam ao corpo ao deitar. Café da manhã bem fraco com o suco com gosto de laranja estragada… banheiro bem ruim, chuveiro bem antigo e com pouca agua

Pessoal muito atencioso. Hotel bem localizado. Quartos bons e bom café da manhã. Por não ter elevador, fica cansativo hospedar-se no terceiro andar. Sugiro reservar os primeiros andares para quem tem mais dificuldade de locomoção.

Foi apenas uma noite! Ainda bem …pq nunca dormi tão mal! Uma máquina próxima a janela do quarto, ligava e desligava a cada 5 min! Quarto muito simples! Ok Mas foi o hotel mais burocrático que já me hospedei e tb, nunca assinei tanto papel para dormir apenas 1 noite! Chato d+
