Great location but in case you need to escape via the stairs there is no signage where to exit when walking down the stairs. I ended up (the lift didn’t work) in the courtyard but the gates were locked and the doors to lobby were locked. The balcony railings and upstand are not safe, kids can step and climb in it. No pot with water/sand for smokers outside.

O problema do hotel é o atendimento, chegaram ao absurdo de cobrar 90,00 por visita por pessoa recebida. Pra eu receber a visita de meu filho e minhas netas de 8 e 11 anos. Só vou A Indaiatuba pra ver meus filhos e minhas netas. Eles não permitiram recebê-los na recepção do hotel. Só dizem que são normas do hotel

O valor que é cobrado para ter uma piscina termica coberta onde o calor é insuportável, fica dificil usar. Fui optar pela sauna vapor para relaxar, a sauda estava quebrada, sem funcionamento. Fui tomar ducha gelada no banheiro. Funcionarios da limpeza e do estacionamento nota Mil. 5 estrelas para esse setor. Ao fazer o check-out foram cobrar a minha esposa, o transformador de voltagem que usamos por 1h no sabado e devolvemos imediatamente. Faltou controle. A torneira da pia do banheiro do qyarto estava vazando constantemente. Ao sair do quarto retirando o cartao de acesso, desliga o frigobar. Tudo que estaca ka ficou quente e o meu gelo derreteu. É preciso melhorar muito para cobrar o que nós pagamos. Hoje fui tomar cafe na padaria. Muitíssimo fraco esse café

Já alguns itens que merecem mais atenção . Por exemplo, uma das tvs não funcionava. Outro item importante foi a falta de travesseiros sobressalentes e a recepcionista num primeiro momento hesitou e tivemos que retrucar para que ela providenciasse. O hotel flat é bom, boa localização, mas poderia ser melhor.

Quarto de tamanho bom, limpo e bem organizado. O atendimento da recepção ficou a deseja pois sinlalizei uma necessidade de entrar no quarto com 2h de antecedência e foi negado informando que nao tinha quarto disponível. Cintudo, se optasse por pagamento de early check-in teria disponibilidade. Como minha necessidade era apenas de poder trocar de roupa não me dram opções. E por acaso andando no saguão achamos os banheiros da puscina que cinseguiram nos atender. Contudo, a recepção nao me deu essa opção. Poderiam ter tentado resolver o problema.
