Experiência maravilhosa! Me hospedei na Pousada Nefelibatas com meu marido e meu filho e simplesmente amamos tudo. O lugar é acolhedor, tranquilo e transmite uma paz incrível. O atendimento é impecável, todos muito atenciosos e solícitos desde o momento da nossa chegada nos fizeram sentir em casa . O ambiente é limpo, organizado e pensado nos mínimos detalhes. A pousada é perfeita para descansar, se conectar e desacelerar e curtir momentos em família. Com certeza voltaremos e indicamos de olhos fechados!

Apartamento falta tomadas pra carregar celular, luz do quarto escura, não tem iluminação no espelho do banheiro, não tem ramal para falar com a portaria e o principal, no quarto 6 se ligar o ar condicionado começa a estalar o forro a noite toda. Seve ser dilatação e contração. Tivemos q desligar o ar para conseguir dormir. O sinal da tv instável demais, não consegui assistir nada. Sai e entra no ar direto

Pousada acolhedora e aconchegante

Lugar muito bonito e convidativo. Café da manhã muito bom. Achamos falta, porém, de uma smartv no quarto. Uma cortina no banheiro também seria bem-vinda, uma vez que ele molha demais durante o uso do chuveiro. De qualquer forma, pretendemos retornar e, espero, com as melhorias sugeridas.

Hospedagem com a família

A pousada tem boa infraestrutura com jardinagem impecável, piscina porém não é aquecida, campo de futebol e brinquedos, o quarto tem um tamanho excelente é bem iluminado e arejado exceto o banheiro, os funcionários da pousada são educados, simpáticos e prestativos e além disso o café da manhã é ótimo com variedades de bolos, frutas , pães etc . Em resumo foi muito boa a experiência nesse local e voltaríamos com certeza.

Gostamos bastante da estadia, pois os funcionários são prestativos e atenciosos. Sugerimos não realizar serviço de jardinagem durante a permanência, pois presenciamos barulho excessivo prejudicando nossa tranquilidade. Também é importante disponibilizar café fresco para os hóspedes, pois os estabelecimentos que servem essa bebida fica distante.

Ótima, recomendo.

Tudo perfeito, Café da manhã excelente, piscinas boas, acomodação muito limpa e confortável, funcionários atenciosos e que deixam os hospedes tranquilos como se estivessem em sua própria casa. Além disso fica em uma área de mata bem silenciosa mas bem pertinho do centro e a 15 minutos do Thermas Hot World, a cidade de Monte Sião também fica bem pertinho. Recomendo.
