Não chegamos nos hospedar, pois quando chegamos ao quarto um cheiro forte de urina de gato. Mudamos de quarto mas a limpeza do banheiro nao estava adequada. Além de não poder parar no estacionamento do hotel pois o mesmo não tinha vaga.

Elevadores muito ruins e demorados, quarto mofado. Quarto com pouca iluminação e sem tomada funcional. Atendimento do checkout foi bom, mas do check in foi péssimo. A Atendente mal olhou para mim, me entregou a chave do quarto sem nenhuma informação. Restaurante muito cheio sem espaço para transitar direto. Infelizmente não foi uma boa experiência

Ppr ser um Nacional inn, ao realizar a reserva via aplicativo de hospedagem, mencionava os itens oferecidos pelo hotel (estacionamento era um deles), ao chegar fomos informados que era media te disponibilidade e que nao tinha vaga, tendo que procurar vaga na rua, pois nem um estacionamento conveniado eles tinham. Nas ruas ao redores, tinha faixa amarela e isso dificultava. Alem do risco do carro pernoitar na rua, sem segurança. Este item deveria ser bem explicado no momento da reserva, deixando o cliente ciente.
