Atendimento na recepção quando chegamos muito bom ,chuveiro com água vazando pro lado da parede ,a cama mesmo sendo de solteiro era ótima !A atendente da madrugada quando chegamos muito mau educada ,nem sequer respondeu o bom dia q dei a ela ,e com uma má vontade pra pegar a chave do quarto ,já o rapaz (grisalho ) da recepção no dia seguinte muito simpático e educado ,com um atendimento excelente.Cafe muito bom,localização ótima !

Excelente atendimento!

O atendimento foi excelente desde o contato por telefone com o Sr. Bento, gerente do hotel. Quando chegamos foi disponibilizado brevemente o quarto limpo, arrumado pela simpática camareira Ivonete. As camas eram confortáveis, travesseiros macios,cabideiro, cortinas blackout, ar condicionado, televisão, telefone no quarto, wi-fi,mesa de escritório com cadeira e tomada e frigobar. As bebidas eram disponíveis e vendidas na recepção. Toalhas limpas, sabonetes, chuveiro quente. O café da manhã foi das 7h às 9hs, com cardápio variado, com frutas, bolos, cafés, chás,leite,achocolatados, sucos, cerais, tortas,frios, pães,biscoitos,torradas,geleias,manteiga,ovos mexidos. Estava tudo muito gostoso, fresco e self-service.O atendimento da copeira foi excelente com os hóspedes e muito simpática. O hotel está passando por reformas, mas não tem atrapalhado a rotina. É de fácil acesso a transporte público,atendimento de motoristas por aplicativos, lojas, salão de beleza, minimercado, padaria e lanchonete. Eu voltarei em uma nova oportunidade e indico o hotel.

Nos deixaram em um quarto com uma cama de péssima qualidade com buraco no colchão, os paredes e o revestimento do banheiro estavam extremamento sujos, tivemos problema com formigas e barata no local. Pela manhã não conseguimos descansar pois o barulho no hotel estava insuportavel, pessoas batendo porta e falando alto o tempo todo..
