Hotel de classe mediana com pontos positivos e negativos. Positivos: Ótimo colchão, roupas de cama muito limpas, banheiro confortável, chuveiro razoável. Negativos: Forte odor de perfume nos corredores que dão para os quartos, o que me acarretou uma rinite alérgica, café da manhã pobre em ítens sem glúten, havia apenas um bolo de chocolate ressecado e passado com uma placa " sem glúten ". No mais um típico hotel 3 estrelas.

Duas coisas a se destacar: apesar do quarto 328 ser equipado para pessoas especiais, precisa ter um box (sem trilho no chão e sim aparador, que ao fechar a porta, ele fecha e veda a saída de água), além da ducha. A outra coisa é essa urgente, prender o espelho da pia. Periga cair.

Estou extremamente decepcionada com a data de transparência do hotéis.com Reservei o hotel para 2 adultos e 1 crianca de 3 anos … ai entrar no quarto do hotel, tinha apenas 2 camas de solteiro. Falamos com a recepção que sugeriu apenas juntas as 2 camas ou pagar adicional de $109 + ISS para colocarem uma cada adicional. Achei um absurdo! Dormimos apertados e meu filho dormiu em cima da divisão das 2 camas.

Hotel muito bom, mas precisa renovar alguns itens: ducha demora muito para esquentar e há muita perda de água; descargas antigas com válvula, com perda de água; devem ser instalados aparelhos para matar moscas, cortina de vento e telas nas entradas do restaurante e recipientes com tela para proteger os alimentos. No dia posterior a chuvas, havia moscas grandes e pequenas pousando nos alimentos do café da manhã e nos próprios hóspedes. Tudo ficou pouco convidativo. O hotel em si (conforto dos quartos, estrutura interna, acessibilidade) e equipe são excelentes.
