Horrível atendimento

Não pude ter uma estadia no Chalé Vila da Serra pois fomos barrados por ter um pet que tinha altura fora do permitido por eles. No site não consta em nenhum lugar a altura aceita do pet , somente consta o limite por kg do cachorro. Outro fator foi como fomos tratados pelo gerente ou dono que não teve o bom senso de conversar conosco e foi de uma grosseria fora do normal com a minha esposa. Lugar que não indico para ninguém .

Foi super Tranquila, um pouco distante do centro, mas sabíamos disso, não ficamos muito tempo por lá chegamos na sexta a noite já para dormir, no sábado tomamos café, saímos voltamos p/ tomar banho e saímos de novo, domingo acordamos tomamos café e fomos embora... Única coisa que acho que tem que mudar é no café da manhã, nos 2 dias que tomamos café, o pessoal assa o Pão de Queijo e não coloca p/ todos os Hóspedes, nos 2 dias ficamos sem comer porque pessoal parece que escolhe uma família e a fornada que sai, colocam na mesa de uma única família por ex: 10 pãozinho de queijo e o restante fica sem... ou seja meus filhos os 2 dias não puderam comer.

O hotel é muito agradável. Vale a pena para quem deseja ficar perto da natureza. Para quem quer curtir da cidade de Serra Negra a distância não é tão pequena (cerca de 6 Km). O café da manhã é bom. Os protocolos com relação ao Covid são seguidos.

Agradável, porém...

No geral o local é bem agradável, os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e o café da manhã oferecido foi bem servido. No entanto, os chalés são bem antigos. O que em nós nos hospedamos tinha uma parte do revestimento do piso do banheiro faltando. Além disso, as toalhas e o banheiro estavam com um cheiro desagradável, de algo que não é bem limpo há um tempo. Também não achamos tão privativo assim, inclusive ficamos bem acanhados, pois conseguíamos ouvir passos e conversas inteiras do lado de fora do nosso Chalé a todo tempo e muitas pessoas passavam em frente a ele. Fora tudo isso não fomos comunicados por ninguém (nem o pessoal da recepção, nem no café, nem em sites, nem na descrição do hotel) de que a cidade encontrava-se em lockdown. Estava absolutamente TUDO fechado.
