I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before, I like that this is the only hotel in this city with a pool, nice restaurant, kid friendly yard areas. The hotel is well located, quiet and safe. But the rooms need urgent improvement. Room had an old rusted mini bar and furniture were bit up. The room was extremely filthy upon arrival and it did not get better any time after. Cleaners did a horrible job and often left us without toilet paper, soap and clean towels. Beds did not have proper sheet sets and towels were after stained and dirty. The floors and shower walls were an absolutely disgusting the whole time. Tv had no internet connection and trash cans were broken and rusted.
A gift left from previous guest!

Outdated

The hotel is outdated and needs more attention on cleaning! Many times the cleaners didn't even take out the trash in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable bed, hard mattress and pillows. Old and worn bath towels. I think it's time for a major overhaul!

Quarto até que limpo mas banheiro imundo encardido , estrutura boa externa mas o quarto deixa a desejar com roupa de cama pessima, lençol sem elástico soltava a cada virada e colchão tb podia ser melhor Estrutura externa é excelente , um bom café da manhã mas internamente precisa melhorar muito para ficar coerente com o externo.

A estadia foi boa já é a 3 x que fico nele mas dessa x foi complicado porque cheguei no hotel tinha compromisso a 19:30 e não tinha água quente e isso perdurou até após as 23 hrs tive que ir no meu compromisso sem banho

Adoraríamos voltar.

Nós adoramos. A piscina infantil estava fechada e a piscina adulto muiito gelada, então não deu para usar, mas também.... Estamos no inverno. O pessoal do hotel muito atencioso, prestativo e educado. O Strogonoff deles de mignon é divino. Tivemos apenas um incoveniente no checkout, pois o hotel disse que não recebeu a diária da plataforma, mas ao mostrarmos que foi debitada de nosso cartão ficou tudo ok.

Infelizmente, desta última vez tivemos alguns contratempos desagradáveis com o Hotel Carlton. Um dia, não fizeram o serviço de limpeza de quarto dentro do horário padrão, sendo realizado apenas anoite, bem tarde, pois solicitamos devido a não execução. E, no outro dia, o Hotel nos deu um susto, dizendo que nosso quarto estava limpo e sem pertences, mas ao ir ao hotel correndo conferir, estava tudo certo... houve algum desencontro de informação entre os funcionários...

Atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã e jantar no restaurante excelente. Quarto ok, cama confortável. Agora a limpeza do banheiro, estava terrivelmente sujo. Box do chuveiro, azulejos e piso TOTALMENTE encardidos, rejuntes cheio de lodo. É nítido que não tem uma limpeza mais pesada. Um horror!
