I am being thrown out of this hotel because I asked not to be forced to watch continuous evangelical gospel on the television in the breakfast area. The situation escalated to the general manager, Mr Valdir. I’m openly gay and that just made things more complicated. The general manager decided to throw me out of the hotel today. I arrived here yesterday. How awful.

Check-in took too long as they were confused about 2 rooms being under 1 booking, they gave our guests a room that was already occupied and then had to change it after the bellhop alerted them to the issue, thankfully it was before they walked into an occupied room. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, the balcony was left unlocked and we didn’t realize until the next morning. The pipes made terrible loud and vibrating noises, I had to leave the bathroom sink running all night in order to sleep. The curtains were stained, cobwebs in both the room and the bathroom. Dinner was also disappointing. Service was slow despite the dinning room being empty. They kept saying our room was showing as unoccupied, the menu was inaccurate and didn’t list allergens so we ordered a dish that contained dairy and one of our party couldn’t eat it. I told the waiter and nothing was done not even offered to comp. Not all the dishes came out at the same time, the picanha was hard a rock. One of the appetizers didn’t arrive until we had finished the meal. This hotel has so much potential but the staff has 0 hospitality training and the rooms need a lot of TLC and upgrades to be even remotely considered at the same level as the other hotels near by. It’s no wonder they still had availability during the busiest tourist season.

Péssima experiência. Conversei com um funcionário da recepção no período da noite, consultei os valores para renovar mais uma diária, falou que seria um valor e que não precisava me preocupar que era pra acertar no momento do checkout. Pois bem, no outro dia, confirmando as informações prestadas, me disseram que deveria acertar no momento do Check in. Até ae tudo bem, problema que os valores aumentaram absurdamente. Justificaram que o funcionário era novato. Não teria feito os planos de ficar mais um dia lá. Péssimo atendimento da equipe que é muito mal treinada. Não recomendo.

A estadia de uma maneira geral foi boa. O hotel dispõe de um bom café da manhã, o restaurante é bom também e a piscina bem espaçosa. Cama confortável. Os funcionários de uma maneira geral atendem muito bem. Mas, gostaria de fazer algumas observações: passei 1h30 na fila para conseguir fazer o checkin que se inicia às15h, foi uma demora estressante e cansativa. Quando cheguei já estava acontecendo um evento no hotel próximo à área da piscina mas o som estava tão alto que até com a varanda fechada o som entrava no quarto, com uma sequência de shows que durou até às 22h e só após esse horário consegui descansar, que era o meu objetivo. O chão do quarto estava pegajoso, com aspecto de sujo, mas o restante do quarto estava limpo. A TV não é smart, então só tinha os canais da antena mesmo, não tinha como acessar streamings para assistir outras opções. Mas, acredito que me hospedaria novamente, pois já sei como funciona.
