I enjoyed my stay. Michel is a great host. The old rooming house charm of McKenzie is great.
My only minor complain is that the parking was a little tight for my pickup truck but a very small issue
Highly recommended
Charming historical home with a lot of character - “secret passage way” to 2nd floor. Host is excellent and made us feel very welcome. Nice outdoor area to enjoy.
Interesting old house that has been refurbished. Our host was kind, helpful, and a good guide to local culture. Warm family style breakfast among guests.
You always hope for somewhere quiet and has a comfortable bed wherever you stay, but your experience is taken to the next level when you get a host like Mike. He cares so much that you have a great stay and get the best experience while in Campbellton.
Absolutely loved my stay. The room was amazing and comfy, very spacious and charming. The whole building and atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. The owner is very friendly and hospitable. Made my first visit to New Brunswick very memorable. I will 100% be staying here again in the future
Owner Mike was very personable, upgraded our room which we appreciated, will need to walk stairs, Charm of an vintage renovated home, liked all the antiques
The houses feels like a well inhabited home, full of soul, stories, nooks and family memorabilia. And Michel, the host, obviously loves people. Also waas 5 min walk away from the waterside and a beautiful sunset.Definetly worth the price!
Michel is a very accommodating host with unfettered enthusiasm to make your stay the most comfortable. You'll immediately feel welcome by his Acadien French hospitality and you'll enjoy every minute when he shares his wealth of knowledge about the area.
The house is a virtual museum, a renovated mansion with the feel of a 1900 English estate.
To stay at McKenzie Mansion alone makes your New Brunswick stay worthwhile.
The host , Mr Michel, was extremely helpful and welcoming. It's worth the detour and the price is good .
Breakfast is also included .
Thanks Michel and good luck .
