"They were renovating. We had a “new” room. Didn’t feel like a punch list was don’t on the room. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned after the renovation. Bathroom walls were filthy with drywall dust. Floor was filthy. I could see lots of daylight around our door, which led to the outdoors. Couldn’t call the front desk from the room. Phone didn’t work. Had to go to the front desk person for ice. In the morning before we left, cleaning supervisor barged into our room without even knocking 2 hours before check out!"
